If Butch goes pro it means he's had a good deal of success here. If he's had a good deal of success here that means 2 things:

1. Thank you Jesus in Heaven we're finally out of the suckiest period of UT football history.

2. We will have the coach of our choice because we're UT and we're winning again.

If he does have success with UT and someone like Tampa Bay came calling, I could see him leaving. I don't think this would be a possibility for quite a few years though.

You don't try to buyout the contract of a 1st yr coach, who went 5-7. CBJ has this program headed in the right direction, but there ain't no way in hell he's an attractive candidate to another team at this point.
