Buying a home in Knoxville

Moving to Knoxville to pursue my PhD from UT. My wife and I are going to buy a house and need to make sure we buy one in a good area. I am looking at selling this house after 4 yrs, so I want to buy in a good place to maybe make a little money. Thanks for the input. :hi:

Thanks very much for the comments.

I'm actually not going to be selling my house in Nashville. Just going to purchase something in Knoxville that will have good potential to rent later, but safe for my family now.

I'm not sure you understand what you are trying to argue. I never said Island Homes was dangerous. I said once you venture outside the area it gets rough pretty quickly, which if you look on the map you posted you can see the mass amounts of crime that occur right outside that area. I would post a "fail" pic for you, but I doubt you could comprehend that either.

Outside in which direction exactly.
