How do you figure that? We are ahead of last year record and rpi wise. We also only really have two good teams left on the schedule. Martin has always finished strong also.

Not to mention they'll get beat in the first round by some crap team if they did get in.

Absolutely, mathematically we can still make the tournament. Reallistically, we will be lucky to win 17 games. Guys, Ole Miss is no slouch. Still think we will beat them after today? I just don't see the desire in these guys to make a run.

Hello Darkness my old friend....listen guys this was a bad loss but I think we still have a chance to get in the tourney. We just have to run the table and win a few rounds in the SEC Tournament.....ok so yeah that's not likely to happen. We aren't hiring Bruce back Pearlites---we need to hire a coach that likes to run and emphasizes uptempo basketball not named Bruce Pearl.

You know something we don't?

Unless the wheels fall off, this team can win nine of their next twelve. If they do that AND if they win one game in the SEC Tournament, they are in.

That said, however, just sneaking into the tournament is a huge disappointment this season. Further, when they have been off they have been abysmal.

I would love to have pearl back. I don't think that's the route we will go when Zo is gone. I'm not defending Martin.

Implying they haven't already? After today's game I think it's safe to say they have no identity and no direction as a program. Florida is a great team, but this was pathetic. Getting into the NCAA Tournament would be nothing short of a massive coup by the Vols.

I respect Coach Martin as a man. High character guy. But what a waste of a year with so much talent. We cut Dooley after 3 years and it is time to do the same here. I wish him nothing but the best but it is obvious we need to cut the ties.

One or two atrocious games in college basketball does not signal that the wheels have fallen off. Look at how lost Villanova was against Creighton. Look at how lost KU looked last year against TCU.

Tennessee looked worse than both those teams, granted; however, the wheels have not come off. This team can still win at least eight of the next twelve, and probably nine, unless this game signaled something deeper. I'm not sold it signals something deeper, yet.

Zo isn't getting fired this season because then Cheek and Hamilton will have to hire Bruce Pearl. They'll wait a year until Bruce is hired and fire Cuonzo.

Lets hope our football team will make up some ground next year...Cuonzo will not be gone after this year (not saying I agree with that) because I truly believe that even if they don't make the tourney, he stays one more year and will more than likely be gone after next year...

Now I understand UF is the #6 team in nation. But today was embarrassing! The worst game we've played. Only Stokes played well but he was also double and tripled teamed. Everyone else was playing terrible. We better bounce back! I have been a Coach Zo supporter, but if we don't make it to NCAA tourney then he may need to be replaced.

The problem has always been heart . The coach has none .He can't motivate ,and he can't inspire . Just about all the games are the same, the team comes out flat then redeem themselves . Or come out on fire then peter out .

Don't care how many beat writers, analysts, media say there is no way Tennessee brings back Bruce Pearl.... He is absolutely the best choice to replace our awful coaching staff and is loved by the fan base.... His errors are nothing compared to the Mizzou coach and he was only suspended 5 games.... NCAA fail

Did you watch the NCST game or any of the other games .Flat, don't care, would rather be doing something else, and Hey coach do you know how to show some heart and have our backs. bye bye CZO
