Explain please.
It seems the testing was about receiving traits. To say a guy who caught 40 balls in college is on the same level as a big time NFL player is absurd. Athletically you can make whatever claim you want and probably be right as it pertains to CP. No denying the athleticism he possesses. As a receiver though, well, it's a different story.

I don't see any draftnik claiming he's a polished route runner just yet, but he ruined an early 1st Rd CB prospect's chance at a big pay day by stomping his gibblets on national TV. And he put on a show in a number of games. So, trying to say he doesn't belong on the same stage as Bryant is utterly ridiculous. He could have had even more catches if we had a decent defense that would have handed the offense more possessions per game.It seems the testing was about receiving traits. Plus, Joey Kent had a ton of catches from Peyton Manning, but he was never an NFL caliber WR...and he never had the shake and bake CP has.
Yes, he is on the same level as Dez was, when he was drafted...that's why he is projected as the best WR in a talented class. Every WR has different strengths and weaknesses. His happens to be a great blend of size/speed/and elusiveness after the catch. You can't discount those just because he isn't as polished as a route runner. In fact, if Dez were in the draft this year, I'd still take CP over him....and not just because he's a Vol. I'd say that if he were a Gator or Bamer.Dude, CP isn't Dez. Not even close. No matter how you spin it or look at it. Take the shades off.
You're upset bc sports science compared CP to Dez?
I'll find their number for u so u can call and complain.
hey you gonna be at the rock helping paint on saturday?
