'19 CA ATH/WR Horace "Bru" McCoy (Tennessee commit)

Just read where Neyor was visiting OM. Very confusing. Guess he's not really committed? Not really worried. This staff will make the offense work.

I mean whatever,if a kid can be "Committed"and still be visiting other schools,no reason we can't stay "Committed"while pursuing other wr prospects.

Hmm… If we are truly going to pursue him, is there any chance we may have encouraged Neyor to visit other places? Shirley we are not taking 2 WRs from the portal.
He is a former 5*. It may be as simple as replacing someone currently (Keyton, Holiday) with a better player to try to make a run this year.

He could actually play linebacker i remember him in high school and some thought he was a better linebacker than receiver

From his Wikipedia page, with how picky this staff has been with transfers it’s odd that we’re interested in him. Hard pass for me too much drama.

He graduated early from Mater Dei and enrolled at USC in January 2019. After 17 days, he opted to transfer to the University of Texas at Austin, as he felt betrayed by Kliff Kingsbury, the Trojans' offensive coordinator, leaving USC to be the head coach for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League.[4][9][10] He participated in spring practice with the Texas Longhorns, before he decided to leave Texas.[11] He transferred back to USC in June.[12] He missed several months of the 2019 season due to symptoms that were never diagnosed, and took a redshirt for the season.[13][14] McCoy made his college football debut for the Trojans in the 2020 season.[15] He caught 21 passes for 236 yards and two touchdowns.[16] After a July 2021 arrest for alleged domestic violence, McCoy was suspended indefinitely from the football team. Citing privacy regulations, former USC Coach Clay Helton was not forthcoming with more information with the media.[17] Despite all charges being dropped for a lack of evidence, USC kept him suspended.

Tillman, Neyor and McCoy would be a lot of fun not gonna lie. Three huge receivers too lol. And all those talented young guys coming up behind them Would be a perfect bridge. But I’m just dreaming. We’ll see I guess.
