That's not necessarily good. Could be two guys vying for the same slot and UT has a pecking order. Calls could be one saying yes or no to Vols and the other getting the info so he knows his options (i.e. we have a spot for you or we don't have a spot). But at a minimum it means all parties are staying in touch and working through it.
