Not sure how much of this story I am buying into yet. But if it is real then you may have hit on the way around tying signing with any school in an NIL deal. Sign them up to a deal where they have to make twice weekly personal appearances in specific locations, say Knoxville to put their name and image in TV commercials for various local businesses.

Sure. We offered Nico a massive NIL deal that will see him earn over 8 million bucks. He is now a TN Vol and will likely be the catalyst for us to sign a top 10 class for 2023.
