That's not the problem. I, and anyone else for that matter, would be thrilled to get Nico. Many of us who have chosen not to celebrate and act like it's a done deal, have been around long enough and choose to remain cautiously optimistic. Chalk it up to BVS, but more times than not, when the investigators and rumors on VN start connecting the dots on something this big, it usually ends up connecting to a dead end.

Some want to believe so bad. Like children with Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. How many of us talked ourselves into believing every sound on the roof was Santa's sleigh, or every red light in the sky was Rudolph's nose?

Truth is, there is no concrete proof, it's only speculation based off of incomplete details. With that said, it dosen't mean he's not coming or that it hasn't happened, but people attacking people because they don't agree with their unproven ideas is crazy.

Point: you're actually guilty of the very thing you are accusing others of doing. All of the above took place BEFORE anyone started addressing you directly. You did not come into the thread, post your opinion and how you plan to navigate Nico's recruitment, and then the "early celebrators started getting pissy" because you wouldn't join in. You actually DID "question their stance" from the very beginning, as the evidence above clearly shows. No one asked you to respond to Bass or volbeast, no one; yet, you felt obligated to question them, and then proceeded to playing a victim.
