His pajamas and long sleeves hide a little. He's a bit more muscular than I thought. I figured he'd have chicken legs. Still has a lot to gain, but it's not something that should take a long time, being a HS Jr.

He doesn’t want programs that have money to throw around taking the talent he wants. That’s basically what he’s pissed about. He wanted NICO baaaad. It will be interesting to see how this class shakes out now that Saban and others have gotten the NCAA to directly target collectives. The Supreme Court took NIL out of the hands of the NCAA and didn't set any real clear guidelines, but now the NCAA has defined all collectives as "boosters". Under their new guidelines, they can rule retroactively that any NIL deals through a collective for current or prospective athletes as a violation.

It doesn't have to actually happen for it to screw up recruiting. It just has to be implied that it will happen. Since we have the top collective in college football, I expect it to be us that's targeted (even though we've followed all the existing guidelines). I hope I'm wrong. Not gonna work. The NCAA will be looking at massive lawsuits that they will lose. Especially if they think they can get away with this “retroactive” crap.
What new rules? You mean that boosters can’t directly facilitate? That’s always been a rule.So with the NCAA new NIL rules , does that impact Nico now or was his deal a done deal? Not really sure how this all plays out. Like does he keep his deal or what happens now? This should impact his commitment to us should it?
