That Wiltfing prediction was over a week ago right after the Oregon visit. Even AP scratched his head at it. He said he doesn’t understand where that’s coming from besides the Polynesian community he guesses. Nico has been adamant that he wants to play in the SEC

don't know, but i'm sure he'll visit both, and i'm sure neither will suck. there will likely be a post visit high from both of those, or any others, he takes as well.

i think right now, still 5-6+ weeks out before he commits, the biggest thing, and really the only thing, that matters is that we're definitely a legit contender....not just a hat on a table.

so i would just relax on any predictions for any school right now. everyone acknowledges he's going to be taking more visits.....so just knowing that, very difficult to predict anything. I'm sure Oregon feels the same as we do.

i think it kind of helps us, too, that we're not really recruiting another guy, like Arch.

whereas it's apparently widely accepted that whichever team, Bama or UGA, doesn't get Arch, then others become the priority.

i think it matters that we can say "you're it dude, we're not recruiting anyone else, all our eggs are in the Nico basket....you're second at UGA and Bama, they're going to wait on Arch".

now, just how true all that is...who knows. but if you believe what you read/hear, that certainly seems to be a narrative that's out there regarding Arch and his recruitment.
