If giving a scholarship to a guy that will likely never see the field means we have a good shot at landing the #1 overall prospect in the 2021 class, so be it. Nabbing Foreman would send a "strong ass" signal to the SEC that Pruitt has this thing rolling again.

What’s an ass signal?

Really no way to not see this as a win win. The only way he's taking a spot is if Foreman is also in the class I'd imagine.

Primarily plays WR but I get the sense he was offered as much as an ATH and could be a safety at the next level too. Wasn't highly productive last season as the schools No. 4 WR but could have a big season this fall. He's a strong kid with a thick frame but isn't super explosive or twitchy. Catches the ball well through contact and has strong hands but doesn't offer a ton after the catch. I'll be honest I was a little surprised by the offer because there are a ton of guys like him or actually more talented closer to home, but obviously playing with Korey Foreman and the two are very good friends, played a big role here.
