In all seriousness. This is the football thread and this is going to get moved. If you’re looking for a cabin a realtor will help you for free. If you don’t regularly go to Gatlinburg stay at Edgewater. It’s in the old part of town and right in the middle of everything. Short walk to the aquarium and the Peddler.

As a former employee who worked in Pigeon Forge, there is a lot more to do in Pigeon Forge than Gatlinburg.

We used Cabins For You this fall and it was perfect. We were less than a mile from Ober and had mountain views, highly worth looking into

Volunteer Cabin Rentals. Very nice cabins. Great, secluded locations with terrific views. We’ve rented from them for years.

Side bar: Who remembers the FedEx commercials of the mid 70s in which the main announcer is speaking over another who is reciting a list of places to which FedEx delivers, and all comes to a halt when the list reaches Pigeon Forge with the main announcer questioning, “Pigeon Forge?!”

Wears valley is very quiet and peaceful and great cabins. Wears Valley Cabins in Tennessee

I would recommend staying outside of Gatlinburg somewhere, it has gotten so busy, so many people, trashy to some extent and there’s a wine or liquor place or just about every corner now. It’s changed a lot in the last five years. I hate to say this, but I honestly don’t know how family friendly it is anymore. Another thing ruined since Covid.
