With a blowout tonight, Cal is setting themselves up for yet another inflated preseason ranking next year.

At least they didn't choke away a Holiday Bowl game to a team they should have beaten...

Jeff Tedford coaches at Cal, hence, at Berkeley, it is the Jeff Tedford era. Just like when Bill Battle's office was in Knoxville, those years at Tennessee are known as the Bill Battle era.

Either way, nice for the Pac-10 to finally get a damn win... Here's hoping for 3-2. f*** the Big XII and an especially big f*** Michigan.

The only thing a CAL win brings me is another point in the Bowl pool. Other then that, who cares.

Lynch will definitely make the jump to the NFL and CAL will probably be a preseason top 10 for beating up a young team with an inexperienced backfield

I saw nothing in 2004 that made me think they would beat Texas Tech. I confidently predicted a sound defeat. Cal has been overrated every year since they beat USC.
