I think Kellie has proved she is a good recruited (not elite) but can coach with the pieces she acquires.
I think she has proven she can spot talent.
But getting one commit in two years, even a very good one, makes it hard to say she is a good recruiter.
She has to bring in recruits like Horston and Key on her own and not just coach them up after someone else signs them.
That is not a knock on her or where she has taken us. That is just what the job here requires, and it is one of the things she has not proven she can do yet. Conference championships and deep runs in the NCAA are two others.
She has us playing well. She has developed the talent she has. And she can spot talent. Those are the things she seems to have proven she can do at the level we need them done at. I am very pleased where we are right now given where we were. We just have to see if she can take the next steps.
