Word is they're not even gonna get 50,000 in the place for the race today. What a joke. NASCAR continually goes back out there twice a year while they did away with Rockingham completely because they only were selling about 50,000 tickets. NASCAR is completely two-faced and all this about "going back to the roots" stuff we've been hearing about is crap. If that were the case, they'd move Darlington back to Labor Day weekend and bring back Rockingham for a race. Not only is the racing crappy out there but now the crowds are Nationwide series worthy.

Did you see the Truck or Nationwide races? There was more people in the garage area than actually in the stands.

Did they not sell the ticket to see both truck and Nationwide plus cup happy hour? That would have been a great deal but still no one wanted it.

California Speedway Sucks!!! It's the worst idea since the NHL put a couple of hockey teams in Florida.

i believe it was DW talking about riding to California with Sterling Marlin... DW was talking about how entertaining Sterling is, the other announcer asked if Sterling was talking about his Tennessee Vols.. DW said "Sterlings kinda worried, he said their president just quit and their new football coach has caused all kinds of trouble in his first few weeks" (or something to that nature) you could tell he didnt really know what he was talking about, but still kinda funny

I'm recording the race on the dvr. I have never been a fan of Cali or Mich. I will probably watch it later on tonight. They will have more fans at the Oscars than at the race (unless they start giving tickets away to ilegals).:)

well jr is done as far as having a good finish. terrible start so far. needs to be a change with that team, i'm not sure exactly what. i'd say crew chief. i hope rick hendrick forces a change and lets eury jr. be a nationwide crew chief. he can't cut it

nothing to do with the team. two cars from the same shop with the same engine problem is a fluke. it certainly makes things harder for him, but they'll be ok the rest of the year from a reliability standpoint.

One of the worst things NASCAR could've hoped for to start the season... Matt Kenseth dominating.
