Regardless of what anyone says here or the handwringing of the resident Fulmerites... Clawson is a quality coach and was not responsible for Fulmer's demise.

That said, he isn't the right guy for UT right now. To become the right guy, he would have to have some big success... If he did, he would likely never return to a place where he had been fired and blamed for creating the problems he so clearly inherited from Fulmer's mismanagement.
