The the guy hearing the student judicial hearing is a large donor to the University so the fix is in. Harris sucked as a QB so he was sacrificed, Callaway on the other hand is about all they have at WR so he ain't going anywhere. :whistling:

Oh I know. I said all that last night before the story broke today.

Technically he's not wrong. They were never charged. It's all within the school, the victim chose not to go to the Police.

Technically doesn't matter in the court of public opinion. If he plays, they will be in massive trouble.

Also, what football officials were notified or had knowledge and why didn't they go to campus police? This sounds like a much bigger deal.

This was known in December. Both Harris and Callaway played in January. They might already be in trouble.

Let he who is without sin ...

Alexis Johnson, who has an agreement with the court for his charges to be dropped, is still suspended from our team. Callaway, who hasn't even had a hearing yet (I fully understand court of law and a school hearing are different) is playing. Not saying we've handled them well, just saying we're handling it a lot more appropriately than UF.

I thought he was already back practicing with the team? If he is not, I want him back at full strength when we play UF.

If he plays this season then the victims received a lot of blood money, because court cases move slower than molasses. And if he plays w/o the charges dropped then the media will have an absolute field day scrutinizing Florida. It would be a PR nightmare worse than here.

Especially while Baylor seems to be doing everything in their power to make sure those cases are extremely well known and top stories for the media.
