Grant out for year, Harrell on IR.....picking up right where we left off in 09 in the injury dept.

Harrell has been a major disappointment thusfar. I can't see him being on the roster in 2011.

Will be interesting to see if or when Al Harris plays this year.

Well, Harris was put on the team's Physically Unable to Perform list, so at the very, absolute least it will be 6 weeks

He was put there so he could stay on the 53 man roster through a small loophole.

He can come off week 6 and then has 3 weeks to get back to speed or he has to go on IR.

Simple as this.

If this team does not make the NFC title game McCarthy has to go. This is a Super Bowl caliber team and he isn't qualified to be the head coach of a CFL team.

How do you figure? I dont think you can blame rookie brain farts on the HC.

I'm going to murder someone. What an absolutely infuriating game. Just handed it to 'em on a silver platter.

If this was the first time I'd seen this I'd not be so adamant about it. But, that style of play has been one that has absolutely plagued the Packers during McCarthy's tenure. The penalties, the horrible special teams play, etc. I'm over it. I don't think he's a Super Bowl caliber head coach and this team is loaded to the gills with potential to win a couple in the next 4 years or so. I just don't see him taking the next step.

Continuing to preach McCarathy hatred....

This team is sloppy. They do not have the psyche of a Super Bowl contender. You do not let a game against the friggin Detroit Lions go into the 4th quarter at home, ever, if you call yourselves Super Bowl worthy. They've yet to play a complete game this year.

I heard Eric Allen on ESPN Radio on the drive home today and he summed it up best - the sloppy play is in the DNA of this team and despite the talent, he doesn't think they can win games in January to get there. Where does the DNA of a team start? I suppose I could be wrong, but I've always heard it starts with the head coach.

I'd love to see Capers 3-4 defense without half of the starting defense hurt.

No excuse for that loss yesterday. This team looks to just be going through the motions.

About the only positive I can say right now is that no one else in the NFC looks great either.

I give McCarthy credit for lining up in the full house T. That was awesome. If they run a double cross out of that I will have to change my underwear.

I wonder if Phil will interview Jerry Jones?

Wade will be unemployed tomorrow.

I didn't get to enjoy watching this one, but I did get to enjoy gamecasting it.

Huge game against the Falcons next week. The NFL did them no favors with the schedule. Falcons, Patriots, Giants and Bears still left to go.

This team is going to miss the playoffs, wait and see. Wait and see.

And am I the only person who still thinks they should have traded for Marshawn Lynch?
