Cam Newton will not...

How exactly has he screwed himself? Whatever comes out of this, it will in no way affect his draft status

Yeah you are right. The NFL owners, & GM's love taking risks on proven cheaters, thiefs, and all around pieces of garbage.

I said it will hinder his draft status, not make him undraftable.

how many NFL teams (without a HOF qb) would take Vick right now?

Vick has been punished for what he has done.

Cam hasn't assuming all that hangs in the balance. It's safe to say something major is going too. And like I said before, I never said cam would not be drafted.

Cam isn't going to jail, but he shouldn't be able to play CFB. What Vick did was sickening. This fiasco shouldn't affect his draft status too much.

I haven't seen anyone speculate that Cam would recieve any jail time.

Cecil has admitted to soliciting money for Cam, which makes Cam ineligible. Heisman rules clearly state that a player must abide by eligibility guidelines of the NCAA. Simple as that.

Not true, ESPN had someone who was a Dr. on a show, And he said soliciting a benifit for a player was not a violation. I've heard of players asking coaches to borrow their car all the time or ask for some pocket change and coach says no. At some point the player has to receive a benifit to really be ineligible. I may be Tyler Bray's out of work third cousin, and ask UT for money on his behalf. Or some guy claiming to be a sports agent. You can't fault Bray for that. If Cam ask directly for money himself then there may be a problem, but you can't fault Cam for a third party asking.

I think Cam will stay at Auburn if he remains eligible. Money will likely be too good to pass up.

...according to Bruce Feldman/ESPN. All the bammers are laughing at the CAM song "Son of A Preacher Man"...someone should record one about Mark Ingram "Rammer Jammer, Yeller Hammer, My Daddy's in the Big Old Slammer"....or one about Saban "My Boys Like IT When I Spank Them" or a bammer red neck singing "If the BEAR AIN"T IN HEAVEN, THEN I DON"T WANT TO GO EITHER".

Not since Peyton was passed over for that dirtbag Woodson.

There have been other bad votes, in my opinion. The Heisman means absolutely nothing to me anymore. It's really nothing more than a popularity contest that doesn't take into account skill, ability or strength of schedule.

Actually, this too is vanity, but it does balance out the BB museum.

Yeah, we should slam Ingram for overcoming the fact that his father is locked up to become a great football player and a great young man.
