I don't think the checker will happen in the stands, but they're gonna wear dark mode uniforms. They'll wear all black, IMO...helmets, jerseys, and pants.

I absolutely love Dark Mode because of the season and the fact that it looks great up against our orange! I'm all for wearing it for the last home game before Halloween every year! But checkering Neyland black and orange? Nah! That's a little too much. Next you're going have people asking to do the end zones in black and orange.
