but not if it affects the 25 limit. If that's true then the limit is 28. You backcount against open spots. You don't just get 3 freebies every year

As I scrolled through the thread, I had the same thoughts as utvolpj. I am not an expert in the scholly limits, but based on what both sides are saying about the limits, it sounds like UGA cannot sign 34.

If the limit is 25, and 25 signed in 2011, and none of them were backcounted to 2010, then none of the 2012 guys can be backcounted to 2011. (perhaps 3 guys in 2011 were backcounted to 2010, and the UGA fan left that part out)

No disrespect, but you may have to read up on the signing limit rules. We would not sign that many if it were not within the rules.

That's what I am saying. I am not saying you are wrong, because I do not know for sure, just saying they will sign that many if they could not sign that many without being penalized.:hi:
