I think it just goes to show how much of a crapshoot hiring a quality coach can be at times...

Yeah there's just so much that goes into it. LOL at the people being overly critical of AD's etc. Most haven't the first clue to what actually goes into a coaches hire starting with timing. Really that's the cog that every thing else spins off of. What might be the obvious right hire today might be the complete wrong hire 3 years from now and it's actually pretty hilarious to read some of the comments when we have a coaches search going on .
