I believe the age of great radio announcers is gone. They could make you see the game with their calls. There will never be another John Ward.

You are correct, but I miss the excitement of listening to the radio broadcast while watching the game. I would again in a heartbeat if there was any excitement to the radio broadcast.
I enjoyed Tim Priest. His enthusiasm was palpable and contagious.
