Who said I was cool with it? I just do not believe that a protest that grows so large that it blocks traffic or veers off course and blocks a roadway justifies violence.

I said from the beginning that I felt they should lift the mandates.
Having decided to not lift the mandate, I think it is appropriate that they not let them continue to block traffic. I say let them protest as long as they wish, they just have to do it in a way that does not block traffic.

I believe it was time to no longer allow the protestors to block traffic. If the protestors refused to continue the protest in a way that did not block traffic, then the protestors needed to be forcefully removed.

If they continued to block traffic for days after being warned, then yes, absolutely.
Also, as I've said repeatedly, anyone who vandalizes or commits a violent act should be arrested, prosecuted, and charged to the fullest.
