A team of all u cons would still beat anybody else in the Olympics. The past years UConn team would win by 20. :(

"Never, ever, give up"... I instill that same will in my players. Do you?.. More importantly, are you out there trying to do something about it? It seems that right now a true PG that understands the role of that position would fill a great need.

I am doing more than just posting here on this page PG. I am training individual girls on my own time. One so far picked out for this summer and two from two summers back worked with me for over 4 months, twice a week. . . One from a public and one from a private Middle School here in Knoxville. The one from the public school scored almost as many points for her struggling program, than the rest of her entire team (Holston). The one from the KISL has led her team to back to back championship games... I am communicating with someone in the UT network. And I am publicly letting everyone in Knoxville know that I am willing to risk public scrutiny and failure for a shot at helping this team. I have kept up-to-date every step (backwards and forwards) with a media person throughout my entire time here. . . . I believe what this team needs is exactly what I am, one who will take the focus off of those kids so they can concentrate on the game. One who will give them the inspiration, skills and attitude that they are missing.

Whatever it takes to get my shot, PG.

I waited until your time here to see an athlete worthy of taking the mantle from Chamique holdsclaw as the heart,soul and MVP of this,my chosen program. That player was you CP3....

Now, I am looking for the one who takes your title.... And I truly believe that player, is already here.

the lady Vols can't even beat LSU or MSU. No way in hell would they beat any decent Olympic team.

Kelly Cain, Vicky Baugh, or Nicky Anosike all you have to do is push Cambage around/move her off the block. I like the additions of Glory Johnson, Holdsclaw can still play, Michelle Snow also is still playing, Kara Lawson, Meighan Simmons can score, Shannon Bobbit, Izzy, Burdick, we could field a good team. Just because UConn has been dominant of late doesn't mean UT doesn't/didn't have quality players who can compete

Geno doesn't mind having Catching's in the team, but Candace gave him the insult he will never forget in his life, especially when TN were leading them 47-29 in UConn's home and Candace dunked that ball and held her Jersey directly to Geon's face like "Geno *****". I can not Imagine what else Candace said to them when they were recruiting her lol

V Baugh? sorry, she hasn't been able to crack the starting lineup of the worst team in the WNBA.
Holdsclaw is older than catchings...

Simmons can't even make a wnba team..


Sorry but thinking a team of UT ladyvol grads could compete against the "best" in the world is just crazy talk.

Sorry for not being clear. I meant 8 current pro players who were LV's. Someone above had the nerve to list Simmons. Isn't she the one who couldn't get past the 1st cut of her WNBA team coming out of school? The only ones I can think of are Parker, Johnson, Stricklen Harrison .....? Not trying to be funny but I really don't follow the W much. Good players all but not even close to a starting team of Taurasi, Bird, Moore, Charles, Stewart and a bench of Dolson, Hartley, Stokes.

why would you be embarrassed at me for spouting off the truth? Every one of those players I mentioned have very limited playing skills at this point in their lives. If you think different, lets debate it and you can attempt to disprove what I said. You'll be fighting a losing battle but hey, I like winning. :)

"AT this point in their lives" For such a qualifier, there is little contest for CONN... Our heyday was yesterday, Conn's is today. Tomorrow it will be another universities (Possibly ours again) ...I prefer to look forward to better times for my girls. . . gule, I am embarrassed by band-wagoneer fans... You have defended UT on this forum and then thrown them under the bus just days later.

I have not wavered, I am a UT LV fan and all other programs are distant second. Your "this week's team" is losing Tuck, Stewart and Jefferson. While we bring back some of our best potential talent in recent years. I would far and away take the present roster at UT over what's left at uconn any day... Nuff said..... I'd rather fight Autism with Ovince St Preux.
