Look, she is obviously in over her head. Offensively she has not put together anything even resembling a competent offense. No purpose. No identity. She is just flat out not doing a good job as a head coach. But, she bleeds orange and has been with this program as a player and coach for longer than some of you have been alive. She cares more about this program than anybody. So, pot shots and rude remarks are simply out of place. You are frustrated because she has contributed to UT not being elite. Good, you should be. But I do not think the treatment is fair because it is a lack of competence and not a lack of work ethic/passion. If she was apathetic and was just running the program into the ground due to lack of effort then I would say she deserves everything that comes her way. But I do not see it that way. Just my 2 cents.

You make the money she makes. Criticism is warranted. Pat built something that Minnie Mouse could succeed here. Unfortunately Holly is shredding this program down to mediocrity.

The money to criticism justification is simply a crutch. She is getting paid to do the job at a certain level and she is unfortunately just not able to do the job at that level. But it is an ability factor preventing her from doing her job. She cares and busts her a$$ to try and do the job. Therefore, in my opinion, it is simply a bad reflection on you if you choose to hurl insults at somebody in that position. Now, somebody making the money she makes and just treating it like a cash cow and laughing all the way to the bank while they sit on their a$$ and do nothing. That type of person would deserve the harassment.

The fact that you can disparage another individual simply on the grounds that they 'make a lot of money' and therefore it comes with the territory is a self-serving and weak justification for piss poor behavior.

To get paid that kind of money you agree to succeed not to SUCK! Sorry we will disagree with this. In no way would I wish her ill will. I just think she needs to admit I have no clue what im doing, but saying its players lack of effort etc.. that is lack of accountability so therefore these jokes are earned with the large deposits into her bank account. But enough of this.......
