I actually put a lot of thought into it when Trump was first elected.
Who from the left would be viewed by the right as Trump is viewed by the left?

If you want to try and understand how the left viewed/views the Trump election and presidency, close your eyes and imagine how you would feel if Rosie got into the primaries, ended up inexplicably winning the nomination, and then actually became president. (and through it all, she endlessly insulted the right and only communicated with MSNBC)
It's a great mental exercise.

I loved this part:

I actually find that refreshing and rarely will I knock someone trying to learn. If more people asked that question we might start making progress

How you feel about Trump, is how we felt about your boy barry. Biggest difference is we didn't riot, protest, beat people etc.. Yes we bitched about his terrible policies but we continued with our lives.

I'm sure she would run as a dem, which is the party that actually wants that 40% to be even higher so yeah that is ironic.

She didn't say demand she just wants to know where it's going and what it's used for. Everyone should want the answer to that

I like this idea in the terms that it makes everyone understand what they actually pay in taxes. My concern is most will have pissed the money away, not be able pay, and there would be no consequences.

You're probably right but we could always require voters to show proof of payment with a picture ID before they can vote.

Since her federal taxes are like a piece of sand on a beach , all she has to do is look around at the airports , watch air force planes fly over , say hello to a Vet , go visit a planned parenthood , send a letter to a border patrol agent thanking him for his service . etc . I’d be asking what my accountant is doing with my money and wanting to know where it’s all going . She’s a multimillionaire, I’m betting turbo tax is not what she’s using .
