Sad day. Loved Carrie Fisher, even in some of her smaller roles like The Blues Brothers, Shampoo, Loverboy, Drop Dead Fred, etc.

Watched Rogue One for the 3rd time today. Was so much sadder watching it one the day Carrie Fisher died.

I recommend the Fresh Air podcast released recently with Carrie Fisher. She talks a lot about Star Wars and her mother. Really interesting stuff.

It's what I was afraid of. She was gone on that plane. They brought her back to life too late.

Yep. There were people that probably worked at the hospital leaking info on sites the day it happened that she was essentially dead and would not ever come back. Very sad. She was a beautiful woman back in the day.

This sucks! No other way to say it. This sucks and it hurts! Princess Leia was my first crush. A big piece of my childhood died yesterday!

One thing I'm grateful for, for her is that with being in The Force Awakens, she got a chance to see the outpouring of love and adoration from fans all over the world. Before she died she was able to see just how important she was and how much she still mattered to so many people. I don't know if she knew or would've realized that otherwise.

I didn't see any of that but the day it happened people who happened to be on the plane were tweeting very ominous things. The first was that she wasn't breathing for 10 minutes, the next was that it took the paramedics 15 minutes to get a pulse AFTER they landed. In reality they should have stopped trying to resuscitate her but they couldn't know for sure.
