Cashmere Wright

Uhhhh, I was responding to someone who was being an arse. Now, I'm doing it again.

I did nothing to connote that it was anything but a question.

Anyway, I said I was not at the practice.

1. How does one merit being called an "arse" by simply asking if you were in attendance?

2. Then why was it necessary to give defensive response to an easy question?

3. Yes, you clarified it after I asked the question.

1. Oh, I don't know, maybe the fact that you know I live in Arizona, which makes it odd that you'd ask the question.

2. Because I think you weren't just asking a question. You know the truth, and I don't care anymore.

3. I clarified it as soon as you asked. When else would I clarify it?

1. So you living in Arizona eliminates the prospect of you coming to attend a practice session? Being the football fanatic that you are, I didn't put it past the realm of possibility. I'll make sure I never ask you a question again.

2. Now you're coming up with fallacious assumptions. Conversation terminated.

Elliot and Cashmere would compliment each other very nicely in our system. I'm hoping Elliot will follow suit in the coming months.

I'll be honest - I'm still learning about basketball recruiting. Is Wright the planned replacement for Ramar if he commits?

Yes, but I wouldn't put it past Joe Jackson (2010 elite point guard from Memphis) to challenge for a starting position if he comes to Knoxville. We're also currently leading for Anthony Wroten Jr. (top 5-10 player in 2011.)

Wroten is considered the #1 player in the 2011 class by Hoop Scoop. But he's not a PG, he's a SF.

I think a PG is very important in this class. After this year, only Ramar and J.P. will be our PGs and JP will probably be moved to a wing spot. So throw the possibility of Ramar going pro and you really need a PG. Then in 2009 we are recruting Leslie McDonald but he seems to be more of a 2guard or a small forward possibly.

Joe Jackson would be an awesome pickup in the huge class of 2010. He is going to high school at White Station in Memphis where Dane and J.P. went to school so hopefully that will help us there.

Anthony Wroten Jr: If you don't beleieve Tennessee basketball is growing RAPIDLY then Anthony is all the proof you need. Here is a kid, extremely talented from the WEST COAST that will probably receive scholarships from high high majors (even though its really too early to tell that now but he has to be extremely talented already)and could say I like North Carolina or Kansas or Duke or Florida. But no he singles out Tennessee as his favorite school.. All i can say is WOW!:dance2:

Leslie McDonald is also a top 20 player for the 09 class that is looking at us. He could play 1-3, but more than likely would be a wing in our system.
