I think this lost might be good for UK. Cal was worried about them getting arrogant. I think this loss might ground them a little bit and help get them focused on the big dance.

It is interesting that almost every team up for a one seed lost their conference tournament besides Missouri. Syracuse, UK, UNC, Kansas... There will be some very good and very focused teams at or near the top.
