How in the hell did UK outscore Arkansas 28-9 in the 2nd half?

That is amazing in itself.

We shut down McFadden and Jones, and pounded the ball pretty well ourselves. We had 162 rushing yards in the 2nd half.

If UK can hold their opponents to 9 points in either half, they are going to be in a lot of ballgames.

EDIT: This is not a dig at UK, but I'm not sure why Arkansas ever threw the ball, particularly in the first half.

Arkansas had two rushers with 300 yards between them, and still lost.

Give the Cat's credit--they hung around long enough to figure it out and make enough plays to win.

I would ask Nutt, given the chance, why 21 was the guy carrying the the ball before the half rather than McFadden or Jones. That fumble return was HUGE.

I wonder when the last time that happened? Usually, if you rush for 300-plus yards, you win.

I credit our coaches big-time on this one, because Ark. stuffed the run in the first half, so Ark. just started teeing off with the blitz. Somehow, they made the adjustments and rammed it down Ark´s throat to start the 2nd half.

Arkansas´ biggest problem is Dick. He can´t throw for anything and makes poor decisions.

Good game Cats! I have a feeling we may have a streak ended this year if things don't change DRASTICALLY!
