Exactly if they give you a cut to select outside of round steak and cube steak(imo) take it.

I think from now on I will be selecting the tenderloin and brisket as whole with no trim taken off or cut in pieces. Do that on my own.

Taking the whole tenderloin and trimming it yourself is the way to go. You can take the trimmings and pieces too small for the grill and grind them into hamburger.

I would love to see a comparison in these major fires at food processing plants and farms compared to previous years. This looks extremely suspicious but then again, I've never kept track of or paid attention to these major fires.
