What is against NCAA rules? Running track & walking on for football? I wouldn't think so but I'm not 100% sure either.
I am not trying to start an argument so don't take this the wrong way but why is Scout the only main recruiting service that has him committed to Memphis?
247 Sports doesn't even have him listed with any scholarship offers. Same thing with Rivals. Where is this coming from? Why is Scout the ONLY service different from the rest of them? Thanks!
Tony, Tony, Tony... I wouldn't comment on things you aren't "100%" sure on, guy :wink2:
Actually I'm not gonna slam you, most don't understand the rule.
NCAA by-law dictates that if you are a scholarship athlete, playing multiple scholarship sports, your scholarship has to count against the highest revenue generating sports' allotment.
The overwhelming majority of the time, Football is the highest revenue generating sport.
Long story short - if you're a scholarship athlete playing football, your scholarship counts toward football.
I've known him his whole life. Thanks!!
