Does cbs still have first priority to pick games with SEC Network coming online?

Yes. SEC Network is just picking up the pay-per-view games and I think stuff like the old local-channel "game of the week"

After the epic fail of 2013, the florida-tennessee game should be blacked out from television for a minimum of 5 years to provide the proper motivation to never play a football game like that again.

CBS has a reason for picking those dates for the double header, so those are almost certainly decided. I would guess:

Oct 11: LSU-UF, and either Bama-Arky or OM-A&M

Nov 8: Bama-LSU and A&M-AU

Change kickoff time back to 5:30 or 6pm EST and all is well.
