I'm not the one claiming to know, just saying that IMO her story sounds very unlikely. Its too far-fetched for me to believe that a doctor over there would not only recommend something illegal but also suggest she return home to do it.
The "return home" part is just common sense if she had a medical issue that would suggest an abortion.
The point is. Alred is making this crap up to try and discredit the family just because she does not like the message.

Yes, it is. It directly reflects the falsity of the story and undermines the whole premise of the ad.
And no, it is not relevant. She could have been told she need an abortion, but was not able to do it in that country. For a scientific mind such as yours, I would think you could look at all the angles involved, and make a better decision, instead of just believing what you are told to believe.
Don't you think the American public can make their own mind up on this, instead of taking the pro abortion rights words for it? Or yours for that matter?
I highly doubt you, or anyone else here knows her specific case, and what she was told, or not told.
