Just switched to AT&T from Verizon due to Verizon having crappy coverage in Alaska. I'm saving about $40 per month and getting 2 extra GBs of data.

Best part is that I was able to get out of my Verizon contract without having to pay the early termination fees.

Who you got?

I had Verizon for the last 8-9 years. I've seen like 2 places where AT&T has better coverage, Alaska and Ft. Polk
lol dad told me horror stories about Ft. Polk.

Only place i've been that i didn't get a signal was in the Okefenokee

Had AT&T since back when it was Cingular. My experience is opposite, I've had better coverage where Verizon wasn't getting anything. The only time my coverage has been spotty is when I'm in the extreme mountains.

I've had ATT for quite a few years. My work iphone is Verizon and my ATT gets better coverage. I was pretty surprised. Plus you can surf web and email while talking on phone with att

Sheesh, If I'm that boring that you need to surf the internet while talking to me just tell me you've got better things to do.

you can do all that with Verizon here.

and for the record, sometimes I look things while I'm talking to you in order to answer questions that arise from the conversation.

For example, I'll talk to my golf buddies while using the golf now app to decide which tee time to take. Or I'll re-read an e-mail to understand what's going on as I talk to you. Or I'll google something we are talking about to get a time, place, etc.

Sprint, unlimited everything for around 90 a month. No service issues to speak of, except 4G is spotty in some areas.

I'm still on AT&T with unlimited data, although it gets throttled after 5 GB so I'm not sure how advantageous it is. I live in Knoxville and I'm very happy with AT&T's service.

I also have a tmobile prepaid line. I get unlimited data (5 GB of LTE), unlimited texts, and 100 minutes of talk time for $30 a month. The coverage is a bit spotty but the service works well as long as you're in a 4G area.

I've started getting throttled too as soon as I hit 5 GB myself. I filed a BBB complaint not because of the throttling but how am I automatically in the top 5% of unlimited data users as soon as I hit 5 GB. I didn't get a satisfactory response to that just the usual "use wifi", or the data is still unlimited, & tried hard to get me to change my plan. They did waive a recent upgrade fee that with a prior call had been set in stone. But 4 lines, 3 iPhones, 1 unlimited plan & 2 2GB plans with pretty much unlimited talk & text all for under $200 isn't bad.

I bet putting in that Better Business Bureau complaint really put the fear of God into one of the world's largest high-demand
multi-billion dollar companies.
