I bet putting in that Better Business Bureau complaint really put the fear of God into one of the world's largest high-demand
multi-billion dollar companies.

No but I got my point across & got something out of it. Someone other than the average rep had to take the time to actually talk to me.

Sprint. My mom works there so I just piggy back off of it and and get the employee plan. No complaints here.

Dropped ATT for Verizon a couple of years ago. The coverage in my area is much better with Verizon.

Any of you guys in this thread care to share your cell phone experiences within Neyland Stadium? Coverage, how often you lost signal, etc.?

AT&T is pretty much unusable inside the stadium, in my experience.

Neyland Stadium is the Bermuda Triangle of cell service. You lose it upon entering and don't regain it till you leave.

All depends on where you are located, but I hated AT&T because their service was so spotty in this area. Switched to Verizon and very happy with it. Bill seems to be just about the same.

I've had ATT for quite a few years. My work iphone is Verizon and my ATT gets better coverage. I was pretty surprised. Plus you can surf web and email while talking on phone with att
You can do that on Verizon as well, provided you're on their 4G network, which is like 97% of their data service area.

I was with AT&T for about 15 years, but just switched to T-Mobile. Coverage definitely is not on the level with AT&T or Verizon, but it works for me at home, work and school. I know that heading out to the coast or the mountains, I won't have service, but for $90 a month with putting my dad and my brother on my account, I can live with it. I'm okay with springing full retail for devices when I need them.

I'm using Cricket which is a CDMA network(not sure if that makes a difference). I can often get service inside Neyland when my sister with Verizon can't, though I do get dead spots. Sadly AT&T bought them out so I'll be switching to GSM in less than a year.

My work phone is an iPhone 4 and I live in Los Angeles. It only gets 3G. I cannot do phone and look something up or email while I'm on. Don't know if it's the phone or what

It's the phone. LTE on Verizon allows most phones to do both data and voice.

I used to have Sun something and they were bought out by Cingular and they were subsequently bought out by AT&T. With all I had to go out on the porch of my home to make/receive calls. I now have Verizon and I don't have to so I'm sticking with them.
