I don't like these teams, but wouldn't mind them getting back up:
Miami
Notre Dame
Michigan
I don't know if I'd ever consider Georgia Tech a "power", but they're the only other team I root for and I'd love to see them start dominating the ACC.
You might just get your wish this year. So far 3 of the top teams in the ACC (minus NC) have shown their nothing special. Georgia Tech with that triple option just might roll right on through the ACC this year. If they continue playing like they did against Georgia last year, they will be stout.
