Best team money can buy. This is the way it’s going to work from here on. The teams with the biggest budgets are going to be there year in and year out. People keep talking about “parity”. Looks like the same old same old to me.
Dude you are absolutely insane. They are easily the best team in football. Another terrible take by youStrongly disagree. I don't see any elite NFL stars on their roster outside of possibly Smith and Judkins. This is no 2019 LSU or even 2014 Ohio State. We're not gonna look back 5 years from now and see NFL superstars from this roster.
Will Howard is the best player in college football right now. Who's better at this point and who has played better? He should be the #1 overall pick in draft. 6'4", 235 lbs, dual threat, makes all the throwsStrongly disagree. I don't see any elite NFL stars on their roster outside of possibly Smith and Judkins. There's little reason for me to believe Tenn would've beaten some combination of Georgia Penn St or ND. Would've been really tough. I think it's a little delusional to assume that. Tenn was deficient in too many areas and vanished in their 2 biggest games. If we were on the other side of the bracket we'd be in the national championship game right now.
The real national title was Texas vs Ohio State.
I agree, I am not so sure Herby crying was real. I think it was theatre.I don’t think we beat any team that was in the semis or Oregon. We still don’t have the talent. Our OL was not good. Receivers wouldn’t be able to get open against most of the defenses in the back half of this playoff. Doesn’t mean we’re not heading in that direction. We just don’t have the horses yet.
But good grief Herbsreit acts like Ohio States players had to go fight WWIII lost half the program in battle and came back to win a title - all because they faced the “adversity” of losing to Michigan. Seriously give me a break.
