It was a bad result for the Vols but all of the hand wringing about it being an embarrassing/devastating defeat were overblown. Ohio State is just really, really good and outclassed Tennessee at every position.

After a while to calm down, I kind of agree with you here. However I do expect to take the next step and we need to replace some dead weight on staff imo. I find it hard to believe that anyone would argue against OSU’s legitimacy after the playoffs, but 10-2 would have been “undeserving” a year ago.

I wish OSU would have been ranked 9th to strengthen the argument for a 12 team playoffs.
