I gotta say @MAD you have done very well at setting up and contributing to these non-CFB threads. You seem like a football fan that is much like myself. I’ve enjoyed being a small contributor to your threads, even though I’m an outsider.

You are one of the reasons I’ve remained an active member of Volnation. I’m a member of only one GA forum and it’s a small forum bc I can’t stomach the larger GA forums that are filled with those that are only fair weather fans.

My GA forum has very knowledgeable fans but we don’t get much past talking about GA football. Volnation has many big sports fans like yourself that I enjoy conversing with during big sporting events. I appreciate that and enjoy it, even if you are an ole dirty Volunteer!!! 😂 Well done sir!!! I look forward to more great threads!!!

Unsurprised that the Bills outplayed the Broncos in the second half after a sluggish first half.

The Ravens easily outplayed the hapless Steelers including Henry looked like Earl Campbell easily running for over 110 yards.
While the Steelers got the better of the Ravens in the regular season game in Pittsburgh, that was twice proven to be lightning in a bottle because the Ravens easily outplayed them in Baltimore in the regular season game, and an uncompetitive Wild Card game that was 21-0 at halftime.

The Steelers haven’t won a Playoff game since 2016, they’ve been hugely outscored in the first quarter, and they have lost 6 consecutive playoff games.
So they remain reliable to reach the Playoffs except in the category of they’ll be eliminated in the Wild Card game.

It’s undeniable something has to change, or the Steelers will remain a team that continues to be road kill for other teams to bulldoze and embarrass.

We have not had a truly good 2/7 game with the new format. The only two games I can remember is when Miami somehow was so close to getting Buffalo with Skylar Thompson and when Green Bay incinerated Dallas’ Super Bowl hopes and honestly, those games weren’t even “good”.

Vikings At Rams
It’s likely to be similar to the Buccaneers Commanders game with it being decided by which QB doesn’t make a critical mistake in a competitive game.
Even though the Vikings are the favorite, it wouldn’t be a true upset if the Rams won because the Rams are not a long shot playing a great Vikings team.



The winner of this game plays the high flying Eagles in the NFL Second Round Playoffs.
