Chances of Foley

As much as I like Dooley, there's not a chance in hell that Florida hires someone with a losing or even mediocre record.

You'll start finding out why he was 5-19 next year.

Well I mean he was 8-5 last year and seemed to have the program heading in the right direction anyway before Newton got there. I'll hold out judgement on Chizik for awhile. Cam Newton is a once in a generation type of player.

He's referring to Malzahn being the difference-maker, I think.

Has there been a Dooley to Florida thread? If not, we should start one. Someone will believe it, and call a local radio call-in show to discuss it. You know who you are.

Yes it is, or at least it was the last time I checked statistics.

17 - 20 = 46%
0 - 0 = 0%

Don't try to trick me with your fancy mathematics.

But seriously, my point (which I did not make very well) was that a 0-0 coach hasn't had a chance to fail or succeed. I understand your point.

I understand. I was just having a little fun. I agree that a head coach with a bad record can easily be considered a worse candidate than an OC or DC who seems to have a lot of potential. Not always, but often.
