My problem with grudging is if he comes to Tennessee and win instantly then he will have multiple NFL teams all over him and when he leaves we will be back looking for a coach in three years. Right now we need a good solid coach with some loyalty. Everyone knows Gruden's end game is in the NFL.

I am not saying he is coming but I would let this be a worry. There is and have been NFL teams after him for years. I live right outside of Philly and trust me...the Eagles and Gruden rumors have been flying for weeks.

I don't see the down side here. Gruden comes fills our roster with great recruits turns us back into a winning school then he goes to NFL just like spurrier did Fla and they didn't miss a beat.
