Hope it sells out, bringing my lady friend to her first Tennessee game ever. Would love to see it full. Maybe if we beat Florida it will be. Can't go wrong with a 4pm kickoff, plus it's homecoming.

Everything I've read is that 4:00 PM is the least desirable time slot..... I agree I would have preferred Georgia/FL to be 4 O'clock kicks.

Pretty much. While it did get the Arkansas vs #6 Auburn game in week one, since then it's gotten:

Eastern Michigan v Florida
Nicholls State v Arkansas
Mississippi State v South Alabama
Louisiana-Lafayette v #14 Ole Miss
And Indiana v #18 Missouri.

The 4:00 SEC Network game is the last selection because it is up against the 3:30 CBS game. That was the stipulation in CBS allowing another game to be aired at that time, it had to be the "worst"

For those of you complaining about the 12:00 start, consider this nugget from Tennessee's game notes for this week. If Tennessee wins, it:

"Snap a nine-game losing streak to Florida, including four in a row at home since 2006, while giving Tennessee an 11-2 record in its last 13 Noon kickoffs at home."

What noon start?

Ugh 12pm kickoffs are terrible because Im still sleeping and 4pm are bad because Im so drunk by then. Geesh these times are just awful! Why can't we play at 9pm??
