So Nico himself, when he says his name quickly and naturally without thinking about it (at 0:02 in that clip) says it with emphasis on 1st and 4th: EEE-ah-mah-LAY-ah-vah.

When he slows down so people can get each syllable, he switches to 1st, 3rd, 5th: EE-ah-MAH-lay-AH-vah.

And the reporters for Monday's bowl game probably glommed onto the slow way, because they didn't realize by slowing down, Nico was changing where he put emphasis.

I'm going with 1st and 4th, since that's how he naturally says it.
