The Chinese Communist Party is pure evil and they need to be dealt with accordingly. We need to leverage our economic power and crush them before we’re ultimately required to use our military assets to put them in their rightful place. I hate the CCP. I don’t hate the Chinese people.

China is the biggest threat to the rest of the globe. I do foresee in our lifetime, a coalition of the U.S., Japan, Australia, India, and South Korea having to fight China.

I see china buying these countries. Communism has infiltrated America, so i dont see us fighting back. The dems will make sure we don't fight against china.

Seriously do you not see the length china will go? Are you really that ignorant?

I think they are a major economic rival and we should work hard on dealing with them.. They don't seem militarily adventurous, especially towards us or our interests, in the least.

And I think in the off chance Trump is reelected he will sell what little is left of his soul to enrich himself by China, in a heartbeat.

They have more hypersonic weapons than we do.

The Biden family sold their souls to China long ago but meh Trump.

You missed the whole building islands for bases throughout the S China sea?

Ah and biden didnt? You understand that China gives millions to colleges for the chance to have access to technology and to teach a pro-china curriculum. They're setting camp in south america, selling influence to countries like Venezuela

I don't want to get into a back and forth about it but I don't think anything we do bothers China very much. They plan ahead and stay on course. If a hundred million are out of work it doesn't matter to them. Like the tariffs. Their position was fine, your people will just pay more when they go to the store. If you don't buy as much we'll cut production or offer to sell it elsewhere. Also they haven't stopped fortifying the islands they built in the SCS against all of our and our friends protests.

....and violating Taiwan and Hong Kong airspace frequently while threatening them and US that if we sell them any more jet fighters ", they will be completely destroyed"

...and building so many Navy ships in the last 10 years that they actually have more surface ships than we do now, and soon will have more submarines as well...steadily producing aircraft carriers so they can have numerical advantage in all 3 categories??

...and stealing all of our tech through planted and bribed scientists in the defense industry...allowing them to STEAL their way to making up a half century worth of research in aircraft missile tech, stealth aircraft and thrust vectoring (think F22) , SAM tech, and the REAL killer...hypersonic cruise missiles which they are mass producing and deploying to take out our aircraft carriers, as part of "area denial" strategy to keep our aircraft carriers out of the south China sea altogether by having numerous installations with hypersonic cruise missiles with 500 to 1000 miles of range. We can't afford to lose a 5 billion dollar carrier with a couple billion worth of aircraft and soldiers to a cruise missile, so we are hard at work trying to build weapons to negate them...as of now we don't have a means to dependably shoot down low flying cruise missiles that travel mach4+...this would be a huge problem if we went to war with China next week....

15 or 20 years ago we easily had military superiority over China, to the point that short of nuclear war they could do nothing to stop us . They are pretty much caught up today, due to theft of all our best technology...as well as making trillions of dollars through terribly negotiated trade deals with the US and all of the outsourcing that went along with it . Remember that the reason we won WW2 was primarily because we OUTPRODUCED Germany in planes, tanks, bombs, guns, ammunition etc etc... we have NO MEANS to do so today...it has all been outsourced to our enemy China. So what happens if we go to war today???

Our best hope is mutually assured destruction from our vast nuclear weapons being enough of a deterrent from China ever wanting to go to war with us. In a conventional, sustained war history has proven that the country with the most resources and means of production wins. We gave away our means for shoddy cheap products at walmart....

Which begs this question :

Can a full fledged war be fought between 2 nuclear armed countries without nuclear weapons being used by either side???

1. If so, how?.

2. If no, then we need not worry over China, war with them will mean the end of most if not all of the human race.

The best thing you can do with China is be their best customer. China is making too much money off the US.
