He waited until it was out to sea (where the debris could have hit a boater) completed its mission and the public knew about it before he acted. he could have ordered it taken down well before it got over CONUS.

My question is why was it not hit as it entered our airspace.
They have said they were aware of it before it got into our airspace.
Especially if it’s not the first time.
