That first line is not even tacit support for CHOP. It's direct support for social unrest which I think we can all agree CHOP was.

Luther, this is what hurts your reputation around here. You'll not hear me say that George Floyd's death was statistically insignificant. I'll say that it should not have happened and that the officers involve deserve charges and a fair trial. If they're convicted I hope they rot in jail for a long time. I also hope that changes can be made to weaken or better yet, dissolve police unions that protect bad cops.

What I just did above was give solutions to a problem and suggest why it happened in the first place. Your attitude here does no such thing.

There were several moments in there that made it hard to keep together.

* He hadn't been contacted and learned through friends.

* Nobody finds it important in the media.

* CHOP was allowed to exist far too long.

* His son was special needs.

*His son could be easily manipulated
