Awful news, have been reading about the whole situation. Wonder what criminal charges, if any will be placed on the fiancee?

From what I have heard I don't think there will be any charges. Sounds like they were arguing and she got in the truck to drive away and he tried jumping into the bed of the truck and fell out.

News broke this morning that the Cincinnati Bengals' WR Chris Henry died after being hurt when he fell from a truck. I'm not a Bengals fan but my thoughts and prayers go out to the Bengals and the Henry family. I ask Volnation to do the same.

Reports in Charlotte are he didn't fall out immediately but half a mile from the house on a curve. The "domestic dispute" continued with him in the back of the truck for sometime and then he "came out" of the truck. But knowing the Charlotte judicial system, I wouldn't expect any charges to be filed.
