I still laugh at the Memphis beat writer Dan Wolken who said about a month ago on his radio show that Jones was not in Jackson's league.

He is the Memphis beat writer. He knows where his money is.

I haven't seen free throw shooting that smooth in quite a while. He played a great game. The only knock for his game tonight was 0 assists. Kinda wierd for a PG, but I guess when you get to the rim at will you don't really need to pass.

Yea, I think it wouldn't hurt to have a PG that distributes the ball more in addition to CJ (35 pts/ 2 rbds/ 0 assts). JJ is more in that mold (22 pts/7 rbds/ 6 assts last night). JJ did get lazy at times last night and CJ blew by him to get to the basket. Hard to imagine a team scores 75 points and the PG has 0 assists though. Of course the team as a whole only had 4 assists.

Kind of what I was thinking, though living in Memphis you get to see quite a few if you want.
